ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All visitors must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months, except those with United Nations Convention travel documents.
Visitors must have sufficient funds to finance their stay.
Valid entry visas are mandatory and may be obtained from Botswana's various embassies. In countries where Botswana is not represented it can be obtained from the British High Council.
Entry visas is valid for a maximum of 30 days , although extensions
can be obtained from any Immigration office. No visitor is allowed more
than 90-day stay in every calender year unless permission has been
granted in the form of a waiver pending the outcome of a residence
permit application

Foreign investors are expected to be law abiding with Botswana's national law. principles and objectives.An Interpol clearance will be done on applicants
They are required to assist with diversification of the economy.
Investors are encouraged to establish joint ventures with citizens and citizen-owned companies.
Certain companies and trades is restricted for Motswana citizens only.
A minimum Investment of P250 000.00 is required to qualify as an investor in Botswana.
